Since 2003, SSDI has been ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified.
In September of 2011, DLA Land and Maritime (formerly DSCC) granted JANS certification for its main manufacturing facility and wafer fabrication facility, which are both located in La Mirada, California. JANS certification (PDF, ~1.2 MB), the highest quality level assigned by MIL-PRF-19500.
