Accompany Change is looking for independent sales partners to market practical, open-enrollment online seminars on human resources management, leadership, and change.
What You’ll Be Selling
Our seminars are aimed at companies and organizations with approximately 50 to 5,000 employees.
Key contacts include:
- HR managers
- HR business partners
- HR developers
- Learning & Development managers
- Other HR and training decision-makers
Topics include, among others, personnel development, strategic human resources management, skills and competency management, performance management, leadership, change management, and recruiting.
Your Responsibilities
You will independently acquire new corporate clients and secure seminar bookings for our open online seminars.
The focus is on:
- Actively reaching out to HR and training decision-makers
- Acquiring new corporate clients
- Building relationships with clients who have recurring training needs
- Presenting and selling our seminar offerings
- Providing feedback on client needs and market trends
Compensation
We offer a transparent compensation model:
- €200 net monthly retainer
- 15% commission on self-acquired and paid open seminar bookings
- 7% follow-up commission on additional open seminar and continuing education bookings from the same corporate client for 18 months
Commissions for larger in-house, consulting, or project contracts are agreed upon separately.

- Direct coordination with management

Your Profile
We are particularly interested in independent sales partners with fluent German skills and experience in selling B2B services that require detailed explanation, and ideally existing contacts with HR or continuing education decision-makers.
Experience in the following areas is particularly desirable:
- HR and personnel management
- Continuing education and personnel development
- Management consulting
- Recruiting
- Coaching or executive development
- Similar B2B service sales
An existing network in the HR or professional development field is a significant advantage.
Sales Territory
- Germany, excluding Bavaria
- Austria, excluding Upper Austria
- Switzerland
A regional focus is expressly permitted. Comprehensive coverage of the entire sales territory is not expected.
Collaboration
The work is performed independently and under your own responsibility.
A pilot phase lasting several months is planned to get started. If the collaboration is successful, a long-term partnership is expressly desired.
