About Us

Litspringas is a manufacturing company specializing in several product groups, including pocket spring units, high- and low-carbon wire, stainless steel, and rebar. Our products are used in the bedding, upholstery, and construction industries.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Agent to join our team and develop new B2B clients in the France, Germany, and US markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, expanding our business footprint, and representing Litspringas in these markets.

Depending on your experience, industry background, and network, you may focus on one or several of our product groups, including pocket spring units, high/low carbon wire, stainless steel, or rebar.

Your proactive approach and strong business development mindset will help us grow our market presence while delivering value to our customers. If you thrive in a commission-only environment, enjoy building new partnerships, and are passionate about B2B sales, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

 

Responsibilities

•        Develop and generate new B2B business opportunities in France, Germany, and the US.

•        Identify and approach potential clients through cold and warm outreach.

•        Present Litspringas products and solutions, highlighting features and benefits tailored to client needs.

•        Lead negotiations with prospective clients, gather technical specifications for quotations, and agree on pricing, volumes, and cooperation terms.

•        Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

•        Collaborate closely with the sales coordinator to ensure smooth communication and order processing.

Skills & Requirements

•        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•        Strong persuasion and closing abilities in competitive B2B environments.

•        Proven experience in B2B sales.

•        Experience in the bedding, upholstery or construction industries would be a strong advantage.

•        Willingness to visit potential clients and travel within the assigned market when needed.

•        Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
