The target group is medium-sized companies (50-1,000 employees) that want to strengthen their management structure and accelerate decision-making processes.
The product is clearly positioned:
– 2 days in-house at the customer’s premises
– 6-12 managers
– Fixed price €6,000 net, no additional costs
– Optional 60-day sustainability package (€1,500)
Typical problems at the customer:
– Inefficient meetings
– Decision backlog
– Unclear responsibilities
– Friction losses in the management team
Commission:
– 10% per deal (€600)
– Additional commission for the add-on
The product is available immediately, requires no technical training and is easy to explain
