Bastelia OÜ is an AI automation and consulting company based in Estonia. We help companies turn AI from experimentation into practical business operations.
Our services include AI automation, AI agents, workflow automation, document automation, email automation, Google Workspace automation, internal dashboards, AI training and technical AI implementation.
We are currently starting to receive business enquiries from Germany and Europe, especially from companies interested in AI implementation, automation, training and internal business systems.
We are looking for an independent German-speaking B2B sales partner for Germany and the DACH region.
The first priority is to help us handle warm inbound leads professionally. This is not mainly a cold-calling role at the beginning. We need someone who can speak with potential clients in German or English, understand their business needs, qualify the opportunity, run or support discovery calls, and help close paid consulting or implementation projects.
The initial product to sell is a paid AI Automation Audit / Discovery Workshop. This allows the client to define their needs, map current processes, identify automation opportunities and receive a clear implementation roadmap.
After the audit, larger implementation projects and recurring support or maintenance contracts may follow.
Main tasks:
– Qualify warm inbound leads from Germany and Europe.
– Communicate with potential clients in German and English.
– Understand client needs and business problems.
– Explain Bastelia’s AI automation services in simple business language.
– Help close paid AI Automation Audits and implementation projects.
– Coordinate with Bastelia during proposal preparation and client communication.
– Optionally develop outbound opportunities in a second phase.
Requirements:
– Native or fluent German.
– Strong English.
– Experience in B2B sales.
– Experience in technology, SaaS, IT services, consulting, automation, digital transformation or professional services is preferred.
– Ability to speak with founders, managing directors, business owners and decision-makers.
– Comfortable working on a commission basis at the initial stage.
– Interest in AI, automation and business process improvement.
The sales partner is not expected to deliver the technical implementation. Bastelia will handle the technical strategy, scoping and delivery.
Commission model:
– 25% commission on the first paid AI Automation Audit / Discovery Workshop.
– 10–15% commission on implementation projects.
– 5–10% commission on recurring support or maintenance retainers for the first 6–12 months.
– Commission is paid after the client has paid Bastelia.
This is an early-stage opportunity. If the collaboration works well and we start closing clients consistently, we are open to discussing a longer-term collaboration, contract or country-level role.
