With technically demanding products – including energy centers and large heat pumps with natural refrigerant – we make an important contribution to our customers’ energy efficiency. Together we shape the future of modern ventilation and energy technology. To strengthen our sales team, we are seeking at the earliest possible date an engaged and entrepreneurial-minded person for the independent management of the Southern Bavaria region. (Postal code area: 80-83; 86-89)

Your core tasks • Active acquisition of new customers as well as sustainable care and expansion of existing customer relationships in the Southern Bavaria region • Independent management of your sales area with full entrepreneurial freedom • Presentation and consulting of the MultiCross product portfolio – from heat recovery systems to energy centers and large heat pumps with natural refrigerant • Creation of offers and negotiation and conclusion of contracts • Close collaboration with tech support, internal sales, and management • Monitoring of the regional market and identification of new business opportunities

Professional qualifications • Proven experience in field sales or as a sales representative, ideally in the ventilation, energy, or building technology sectors • Existing network of decision-makers in the Southern Bavaria region is advantageous • Technical understanding of explainable products such as heat recovery systems or heat pumps • Strong sales personality with high self-motivation, communication skills, and closing ability • Structured, autonomous work style and entrepreneurial thinking • Driver’s license Class B and willingness to travel within the region
