We are YouDiagnose Limited, a UK-based digital health company developing an AI-powered multi-agent clinical triage and remote-care platform for hospitals and healthcare providers. Our platform is embedded within the NHS innovation ecosystem and has been developed in close collaboration with NHS clinical teams through the NHS and Barclays Innovation Accelerator programmes. It supports voice-first triage, AI-driven clinical decision support, and at-home remote monitoring – reducing pressure on hospital outpatient departments, emergency pathways, and in-person consultation capacity.
Our platform is a validated clinical product with active clinical engagement across NHS Trusts in England. We are now expanding internationally, and Germany is a priority market based on early-stage ground intelligence indicating strong alignment with current capacity pressures in the German hospital and insurer landscape.
WHY GERMANY – AND WHY NOW
We have early-stage market intelligence suggesting that German hospital groups, Krankenkassen, and public-sector healthcare networks are actively seeking scalable digital triage and remote monitoring solutions to reduce outpatient waiting times and unnecessary admissions. Germany’s scale, its structured procurement landscape, and the ongoing digitalisation of its healthcare system (eHealth, DiGA) make it a natural priority market. This represents a genuine first-mover opportunity for an experienced partner already active in this space.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking 1-2 independent sales agents or commercial representatives in Germany with existing relationships in hospitals, hospital groups, Krankenkassen, or public-sector healthcare. The role is to open doors, arrange introductory meetings, and support the sales process with target clients. You do not need to be a technical expert – we provide full clinical and technical support directly from the founder.
WHAT WE OFFER
– Highly attractive performance-based remuneration on closed contracts. Typical contract values range from EUR 150,000 to several million euros, operating in a recurring-revenue environment – meaning your earnings grow with each client retained.
– We are very open to discussing territorial exclusivity for the right partner. If you have strong coverage and a credible network in Germany, we are happy to discuss exclusive arrangements on mutually agreed terms.
– We are genuinely open to the possibility of a long-term partnership – not just a transactional agent relationship. We are happy to discuss what that looks like with the right individual or organisation.
– We are particularly open to a joint-venture type of structure. Rather than a typical task-based sales agent arrangement, we would prefer to work with a committed partner who shares in the success of market entry and growth. A joint-venture or co-development partnership model is our preferred structure for the right candidate.
– Direct access to the founder and clinical lead (Dr Aswini Misro) for all technical, clinical, and strategic discussions.
– Full marketing and clinical evidence support materials.
– Schemes for client retention and client satisfaction are included as part of the partnership structure, ensuring ongoing value for both parties.
TARGET PARTNER PROFILE
– Based in Germany or with a strong, active network in the German healthcare system.
– Proven track record selling software, medical devices, or health-tech solutions to hospitals, hospital groups, or health insurers (Krankenkassen).
– Comfortable working in a partnership or joint-venture framework with transparent reporting and regular communication in English or German.
– Motivated by early-stage, high-potential opportunities with a credible, clinically-grounded product and a principal committed to a long-term, high-value relationship.
