Talent & Care is Austria’s market leader in placing qualified international skilled workers in the healthcare sector – including the complex recruitment of professionals from non-EU countries – and is already established in the German market. With over 2,000 successful placements and projects across Austria and Germany – including in industry – we run the entire placement process: recruitment, language training and integration.
We work in three sectors affected by structural labour shortages: healthcare and care, industry, and hospitality (hotels and restaurants). To win new clients, we are looking for self-employed sales agents with access to decision-makers in these fields – care homes and hospitals, industrial companies, and hotel and gastronomy businesses.
Your role:
- Identify and approach potential clients in your sector and region
- Introduce our services to decision-makers and generate new business
- How far you take each deal is up to you – from making the introduction to staying involved through to signing. We run the placement process (recruitment, language training, integration) and support you as much or as little as you want.
Your profile:
- Established as a self-employed sales agent / commercial representative
- An existing network and access to decision-makers in healthcare, industry or hospitality
- Comfortable with explanation-intensive B2B services and a longer sales cycle
- Self-driven, reliable and persistent
