Your Tasks & Responsibilities
We are expanding our presence in the European market (especially Germany, Italy, Czechia, and Slovakia) and are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Commercial Agent / Sales Representative to act as our local door-opener.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers (focusing on automotive, sanitary, home appliances, or electronics sectors).
- Generate new project leads and secure RFQs (Requests for Quotation) for plastic injection and chrome plating services.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, acting as the primary commercial bridge between the client and our technical team.
- Manage the sales pipeline and close profitable deals.
Your Profile & Requirements
Proven experience as an independent sales representative or commercial agent in B2B technical sales.
An existing and strong network of purchasing managers, engineers, or decision-makers within the automotive or related manufacturing sectors.
Solid understanding of plastics, surface technologies, or industrial components.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of operating independently.
Fluent in English (knowledge of German, Italian, or other local languages is highly advantageous).
